- Water - 60 ml (cold)
- Sugar - ½ tsp (optional)
- Ground coffee - 1 heaping teaspoon
- Egg liquor - 20 ml
- ASW seasoning "For Algerian coffee" - 1 g (one pinch)
- Whipped cream
- Cocoa - for powder
Method of preparation
If coffee is being prepared in a coffee machine, then add “Algerian coffee” seasoning directly to the cup. If the coffee is made in a geyser coffee machine or a Turkish coffee pot, then the seasoning is brewed with coffee.
Make coffee in a coffee machine of any type or in a Turkish coffee pot.
Pour egg liqueur into a coffee glass.
Pour coffee into a glass with a thin stream so that it does not mix with liquor. Prevent coffee grounds from getting into the glass.
Squeeze a portion of whipped cream on top of the coffee.
Sprinkle some cocoa through strainer of the top of whipped cream (optional).
