Ingredients
- Beef - 1kg
- Onions - 3
- Seasoning "For stewing meat" from Santa Verde - 1 tbsp
- Sunflower oil - 1 tsp
- Tomato paste - 5 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Water - 4 cups
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation
- Wash the meat, dry with napkins, cut into cubes, grease with oil and add the seasoning "For stewing meat" from Santa Verde and salt to taste, stand for 10 minutes, fry in very hot oil for 5 minutes.
- Thinly chop the onions, pour into the pan with the meat, fry for 5 minutes, pour in the flour, stir, heat for a few minutes, add tomato paste, let it boil.
- Close the pan with a lid, make the heating minimal, simmer for an hour.
