Spicy oven-roasted potatoes
- Potatoes - 2 kg,
- Seasoning “For potatoes” from AllSpiceWorld - 1 tablespoon,
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp,
Method of preparation
Peel and cut potatoes into slices. Rinse in cold water and dry on a paper towel.
In a bowl, pour vegetable oil, sprinkle with seasoning and salt. Add potatoes and mix well.
Send it to the oven, preheated to 180°C and roast for about 40 minutes, until the potatoes are well browned.
