Christmas Cake With Dried Fruits

  • Mix of nuts and dried fruits (you can use dried apricots, 2 types of raisins, prunes, dried cranberries, figs and walnuts) - 300-400 gr.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 6 tbsp.
  • Flour - 6 tbsp. 
  • Baking powder (or neutralize backing soda with boiling water) - 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation

Cut dried apricots and prunes into pieces and mix them with nuts and other dried fruits

Beat eggs with a whisk and add the to the mixture of dried fruits

Add sugar, nutmeg, flour, baking powder and stir.

Bake the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees C, for approx. 45 minutes.
