Pickled champignons

Ingredients
- Champignons - 500 g
- White wine vinegar - 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- ASW seasoning “For salting herring” - 1 tbsp
- Salt, sugar - to taste (in a ratio of 2:1)
Method of preparation
Wash the mushrooms. Cut large mushrooms into 2-4 pieces, while leaving
small champignons intact.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Put mushrooms in a skillet or frying pan, add oil, vinegar, salt, sugar,
and ASW seasoning “For salting herring”.
Mix everything, cover with a lid, put on medium heat and bring to a
boil.
After boiling, reduce the fire, and stew, under the lid for 5-8 minutes.
Add garlic to the mushrooms, mix, cover and cook for another 2-3
minutes.
Cool down the cooked mushrooms in a refrigerator.
You can serve as a cold snack immediately after cooking or put it in a
glass jar, pour the marinade over it and store in the refrigerator.
