Pork ribs in pomegranate sauce

  • Pork ribs (low-fat) - 1 kg
  • AllSpiceWorld seasoning “For meat” 
  • Pomegranate juice - 500 ml
  • Half a pomegranate
  • Starch - 20 g
  • Half a lemon
  • Sugar, salt - to taste

Method of preparation

Rinse the ribs under running water, salt and rub with seasoning “For meat”. Pour pomegranate juice (250 ml) over meat and leave it to marinate for 1 hour.

Put the ribs on a baking sheet and sens it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

While the ribs are in the oven, proceed to the cooking of pomegranate sauce: put starch in a bowl and add the pomegranate juice (100 ml) in a thin stream while stirring continuously.

In the resulting homogeneous mass, pour the remaining pomegranate juice and put on low heat, stirring constantly.

After the sauce has thickened, squeeze out half a lemon, add a little sugar and pomegranate seeds from half a pomegranate.

Wait for the sauce to boil.

Soak the cooked ribs with pomegranate sauce and serve with any side dish.
