Braided Meat Skewer

Ingredients
- Low-fat pork - 1 kg (or beef pulp)
- AllSpiceWorld seasoning “For BBQ” (or “Salt of Budjak”)
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 20g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation
Cut the washed meat across the grains into strips, approx. 1 cm thick, and pound them a little with a mallet on both sides.
Salt, sprinkle with “For BBQ” seasoning (if you use “Salt of Budjak” seasoning, then you do not need to salt it!), Add finely chopped ginger, garlic, pour soy sauce, mix and marinate for 1 hour.
Braid the meat strips.
Strung on a skewer.
Grease the braids with vegetable oil.
Cook on open grill for 10 minutes, constantly turning.
Serve with roasted vegetables.
