Dorada with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Dorada fish (weight 300-400 gr);
  • 20g Garlic;
  • 3g Fresh basil leaves
  • 20g Carrots
  • 20g Celery stalk
  • 15g Red onion
  • 20g Bulgarian pepper
  • 15g Butter
  • 30ml White wine
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp of Seasoning ASW "Provencal herbs"
  • Salt - to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Bake the unpeeled garlic head in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool it down.
  2. Wash and clean the fish. Make vertical incisions on the fish and put the peeled cloves of baked garlic in. Put basil leaves in the abdomen. 
  3. Put a sheet of parchment paper on a dry frying pan, salt it to make sure the fish does not stick, pour a little olive oil. Put the fish in, salt on top. 
  4. Celery, carrots, bell pepper cut into cubes, onion rings. 
  5. Spread vegetables on top. Put onion rings on the vegetables, then a block of butter and sprinkle with spices ASW "Provencal herbs". A little more salt and pour wine. 
  6. Send the frying pan to a preheated 180 degree oven for 18 minutes. During the cooking process, the fish needs to be watered several times with the released juice.
  7. Transfer the fish to a plate and pour the juice remaining in the pan again. You can sprinkle cooked fish with sumac.
