Roasted champignons on skewers

  • Champignons - 400 g,
  • Zucchini - 200 g
  • Eggplant - 200 g
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp;
  • AllSpiceWorld seasoning “Salt of Budjak” - to taste,

Method of preparation

Clean and dry the champignons.

Rinse small zucchini and eggplant under the running water, dry and cut into small pieces.

Put vegetables and mushrooms in a bowl, add ASW seasoning “Salt of Budjak” and vegetable oil.

Mix gently and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Skewer mushrooms and roast in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
