Method of preparation
Thinly cut (or grate) the lemon zest, slice the lemon flesh.
Heat the wine with spices, lemon, zest and sugar over the low heat.
The wine should be hot (approx. 80 ° C), but not boiling! As soon as the pan starts to "make noise" as if it about to boil, cover the mulled wine with a lid and turn off the heat.
Let Gluhwein to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
We make a “snowy” rim on the glass: dip the top of the glass in water, then dip it in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Sieve the Gluhwein.
Pour into glasses and drink with pleasure!
