Vegetable pakors in Indian style

Ingredients
- Flour - 250g
- Baking powder - 10g
- Water - 220ml
- Chili pepper Ground from Santa Verde -0,5 tsp
- Lemon juice - 20ml
- Seasoning ""Garam masala"" from Santa Verde - 1 tsp
- Potatoes - 300g
- Onion - 220g
- Spinach - 100g
- Vegetable oil - 400ml
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation
- Wash the potatoes, boil in the uniform until ready. Then peel it and mash it to a puree-like state without adding water or milk.
- Wash the onion and cut into small cubes.
- Finely chop spinach.
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add baking powder and stir the dry ingredients well. Next, put spices - ground chili pepper from Santa Verde, seasoning "Garam masala" from Santa Verde and salt. Again, mix the spices and flour thoroughly.
- In the middle of the flour make a depression and pour water. Add lemon juice. Gently stir the flour with the liquid, kneading the dough. It should be of liquid consistency.
- Add finely chopped potatoes, onions and spinach to the dough bowl. Mix well.
- In a deep frying pan (or a pan with a thick bottom), pour enough vegetable oil for deep frying. Put the pan on the fire and heat the oil over medium heat.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop up the mixture of dough with vegetables and gently dip in a hot oil. Fry the pakoras for about 5 minutes until they are covered with a golden crust. Put the fried pakors on a paper towel or napkin to absorb extra oil. Put them to a plate and serve them on the table with some sauce.
