  1. Wash the potatoes, boil in the uniform until ready. Then peel it and mash it to a puree-like state without adding water or milk.
  2. Wash the onion and cut into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop spinach.
  4. Sift the flour into a bowl, add baking powder and stir the dry ingredients well. Next, put spices - ground chili pepper from Santa Verde, seasoning "Garam masala" from Santa Verde and salt. Again, mix the spices and flour thoroughly.
  5. In the middle of the flour make a depression and pour water. Add lemon juice. Gently stir the flour with the liquid, kneading the dough. It should be of liquid consistency.
  6. Add finely chopped potatoes, onions and spinach to the dough bowl. Mix well.
  7. In a deep frying pan (or a pan with a thick bottom), pour enough vegetable oil for deep frying. Put the pan on the fire and heat the oil over medium heat.
  8. Using a tablespoon, scoop up the mixture of dough with vegetables and gently dip in a hot oil. Fry the pakoras for about 5 minutes until they are covered with a golden crust. Put the fried pakors on a paper towel or napkin to absorb extra oil. Put them to a plate and serve them on the table with some sauce.
  9. Bon appetite!
