- Onions - 1 pc.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Potato - 1 pc.
- Flour (bread crumbs) - 6 tablespoons
- ASW seasoning “For minced meat” - 1 tbsp

Method of preparation
Put meat, onions and potatoes through a meat grinder. Mix it.
Add the egg, seasoning "For minced meat", salt. Mix it.
Set aside for 20-30 minutes.
Mix the minced meat again, beat the meat, To do this, put a small amount of chopped meat in a palm raised to a height of 40-50 cm from the table, and throw it again into the bowl with force. This will prevent the cutlets from falling apart when forming and frying and will remove excess of air.
Wet your hands with water, form meatballs, roll them in flour or bread crumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Shake off the excess flour from cutlets and fry them on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
