Placinta with pumpkin

Ingredients

  • Sour milk or whey - 500 ml 
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp 
  • Seasoning Santa Verde "For pumpkin pie" - 1 tbsp 
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp 
  • Salt - 1 tsp 
  • Soda with vinegar - 1 tsp 
  • Flour - 400g 
  • Pumpkin - 500g

Method of preparation

  1. Mix sour milk with sugar, salt and vegetable oil, add soda quenched with vinegar. 
  2. Add the flour gradually until the dough stops sticking to your hands. 
  3. Divide the dough into 12 parts. 
  4. Roll each flatbread into a thin cake. Top with grated pumpkin mixed with Santa Verde "For Pumpkin Pie" seasoning. Add sugar to taste. 
  5. Then take the edges from opposite sides and pinch in the center. 
  6. After taking the remaining edges and pinching in the center. 
  7. Now pull the corners and pinch them in a circle in one direction. 
  8. After our pumpkin placinta is formed, send it to a preheated skillet greased with vegetable oil. Fry the first side on which the pinches are. 
  9. After our pumpkin placinta browned, turn it over to the other side and close the pan with a lid. Wait for few more mins.
