- 1 kg pork (best to use loin)
- 400 g cheese
- 600 g tomatoes
- 6-8 cloves of garlic
- AllSpiceWorld (ASW) seasoning “For meat”
Method of preparation
Slice tomatoes into ings.
Slice the cheese and garlic.
In the pork make cuts (not reaching the end), of about 1 cm thick.
Salt pork, pepper (in cuts as well), sprinkle with seasoning “For meat” and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Put cheese, tomato, garlic inside the cuts.
Wrap pork in foil.
Put it on a baking sheet, send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake it for approx. one hour.
Serve it cut into slices.
