Meat pie with thin lavash

Ingredients

  • Lavash (flatbread) - 2 sheets
  • Stuffing (beef + pork) - 400 g
  • AllSpiceWorld seasoning “For minced meat" 
  • Tomato paste or “Rosso” sauce - 1 tablespoon (the recipe can be found in our group)
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Bulb onion 
  • Greens
  • Kefir - 1.5 stacks.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Cheese (hard) - 200 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation

Salt and pepper the minced meat.

Fry the meat with chopped onion and carrot for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the seasoning “For minced meat” and a teaspoon of tomato paste.

Mix the cooled meat with greens and grated cheese.

Put lavash in a baking pan so that its edges hang out of the pan.

Spread the half the minced meat on lavash.

Stir kefir with egg.

Tear the lavash into pieces and dip in kefir.

Wrinkle the soaked pieces of lavash and spread them crumpled on minced meat. Spread the remaining mincemeat on top of the crumpled pieces of lavash,

Then we cover the pan with a sheet of lavash.

Grease the top of the pie with the remaining kefir.

Bake in the oven for 15 -20 minutes at of 200°C.
