- Pork (ham, loin or neck) - 700 - 1000 g,
- AllSpiceWorld seasoning “Bujak Salt”
- Onions - 1-2 pcs medium
Method of preparation
Clean and dry the meat.
Finely chop the onion.
Rub the meat with onion and “Bujak Salt” seasoning, put in a bowl and set it aside for marination overnight.
Wrap the meat in tinfoil or baking sleeve and place in the oven for baking.
Bake at ~ 170-180 degrees for ~ 60-90 minutes.
Let the cooked meat chill down, then cut into thin slices.
