Roasted wild boar

Ingredients
- Wild boar meat - 1.5 kg
- Onions - 3 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.
- Red wine - 1 cup (200 ml)
- Apple juice - 1 cup (200 ml)
- Asw seasoning “for game” - 2 tbsp.
- Parsley
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation
Cut
meat into steaks 2-3 cm thick. Add salt to taste.
Mix
red wine with apple juice in a bowl for marinade and add 1 tablespoon of ASW
seasoning “For game”.
Put
the meat in a bowl and marinate for about 12 hours in a cool place.
Remove
the meat from the marinade, use a paper towel to dry it. Keep the marinade for
the sauce.
Mix
vegetable oil with 1 tablespoon of ASW seasoning “For game” until a homogeneous
mixture is obtained and rub each piece of meat with it.
Put
meat on a baking pan and cover with foil.
Put
the meat into the oven, preheated to 180°C, and roast until cooked for 40-50
minutes.
Take
the meat from the pan, place it in a small bowl and cover.
Put
the pan with marinade on heat, and add some juice from roasting. Boil for 10
minutes, add salt to the sauce to taste.
Cut
the meat into small slices and put in a serving dish. Cover with sauce and
sprinkle with parsley.
