Soup with meatballs

- Minced meat (pork + beef) - 400 g,
- Potatoes - 4-5 pieces,
- Carrots - 1 pc.,
- Onions - 1 pc.,
- AllSpiceWorld seasoning “For soup”
- Vegetable oil for frying,
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ingredients for 2 liters of water
Method of preparation
Put minced meat into a bowl, salt, pepper and mix well.
Form small meatballs from minced meat.
Wash, peel and dice potatoes.
Pour water into a pan, put on heat, bring to a boil and salt.
Put the potatoes in boiling water and bring it to a boil again.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Peel and dice the carrots.
In a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry the onions for ~ 2 minutes.
Add carrots and fry ~ 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add fried vegetables to the potato pan and gently lower the meatballs.
Bring the soup to a boil and cook for another ~ 10-15 minutes.
Two-three minutes before the end of cooking, add ½ tbsp. of seasoning to the soup (if the pan is large add 1 tbsp).
Turn off the fire and let it rest covered with a lid for 5-10 minutes.
