Gingerbread with spices

Ingredients
- Flour - 2.5 cups
- Honey - 50g
- Butter - 6 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Egg - 1
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 15g
- Seasoning Santa Verde "Gingerbread mixture" - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the honey, sugar and Santa Verde "Gingerbread Blend".
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl to cool it, add the beaten egg and mix everything well.
- Sift the flour with baking powder. Stirring constantly, pour the flour mixture into the honey-egg mixture. Knead everything well, wrap in ash film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Roll out the cooled dough a couple of mm and cut out the desired figures, lay out on a paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 175 degrees for 4-5 minutes until get browned. Cool on a baking sheet.
- If desired, decorate with glaze: whipped protein + powder + lemon juice
