Cajun turkey

Ingredients
- Turkey - 800g
- Seasoning "Cajun Salt" from Santa Verde - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Onion - 1
- Sweet pepper - 1,5
- Tomato - 1,5
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Method of preparation
- Cut the meat into small pieces.
- Mix Santa Verde's Cajun Salt seasoning and meat.
- Heat the oil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium, spread the meat and fry (without stirring) for 2-4 minutes.
- Then add the soy sauce and cook (now stirring) for about 5 minutes. During this time, the turkey should become the color of caramel and acquire a pleasant shine.
- Transfer the meat to another container.
- In the same skillet, fry onions, garlic and bell peppers - 4-6 minutes, until the onion is ready.
- Return the meat to the pan, mix well
- Add diced tomatoes cook until the excess liquid evaporates.
- Serve with rice
