Cajun turkey

Ingredients

  • Turkey - 800g 
  • Seasoning "Cajun Salt" from Santa Verde - 2 tbsp 
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp 
  • Soy sauce - 4 tbsp 
  • Onion - 1 
  • Sweet pepper - 1,5 
  • Tomato - 1,5 
  • Garlic - 3 cloves

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces. 
  2. Mix Santa Verde's Cajun Salt seasoning and meat. 
  3. Heat the oil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium, spread the meat and fry (without stirring) for 2-4 minutes. 
  4. Then add the soy sauce and cook (now stirring) for about 5 minutes. During this time, the turkey should become the color of caramel and acquire a pleasant shine. 
  5. Transfer the meat to another container. 
  6. In the same skillet, fry onions, garlic and bell peppers - 4-6 minutes, until the onion is ready. 
  7. Return the meat to the pan, mix well 
  8. Add diced tomatoes cook until the excess liquid evaporates. 
  9. Serve with rice
