  • Pork or beef - 1 kg
  • Onion - 2 pcs. medium size
  • Bell pepper - 3 pcs of different colors
  • Canned pineapples - 1 can

For batter:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Wheat flour - 150 g


For 1 glass of water:

  • Apple cider vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp.
  • Starch - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1-2 tablespoons


  • Ginger root
  • Coriander powder - 1-2 teaspoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves

Method of preparation

Cut the meat, bell pepper and onion into small pieces.

Make the batter by combining eggs and flour, dip each piece of meat in the batter and fry until golden brown over medium heat.

For the sauce, mix together pineapple juice, soy sauce and tomato paste, add apple cider vinegar, and starch, diluted in cold water.

Stir and add sugar, taste, then put on a fire and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

In a separate bowl, pour vegetable oil (ideally, sesame oil, but vegetable oil would also work), add finely chopped onions, garlic, julienne ginger strips and coriander.

When all this is a little fried, add meat, pineapples and bell pepper, pour sauce and simmer for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
