Honey glazed pork ribs
- Pork ribs - 700-800 grams
- Honey - 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
- Lemon - 1 Piece
- Orange - 1 Piece
- Salt - To taste
- AllSpiceWorld seasoning “For meat”
Method of preparation
Clean the pork ribs thoroughly, remove all the films and veins, then cut into equal pieces.
Salt and season with “For meat” spices.
Next, prepare the marinade. First squeeze the juice of lemon and orange, mix. Then combine honey, soy sauce and mustard. Add the juice of lemon and orange to the resulting mass, stir until smooth.
Put the ribs in a deep bowl and pour the marinade over them.
Mix everything so that each rib is covered with a layer of marinade. Set it aside in a cool place for 2 hours (if time allows, it is better to marinate it longer, up to a day).
When ribs are well marinated, put them in a greased buttered dish and send them to the preheated oven.
Bake on medium heat for about an hour, periodically pouring with the remaining marinade.
