- Eggs - 6 pcs.
- Bell pepper - 2 pcs (one red, the second green or orange)
- Salt - to taste
- Milk (sour cream or kefir) - 4 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- ASW seasoning "For omelet" - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation
Beat eggs with a mixer - first at low speed, then at maximum speed.
Add milk, salt, ASW seasoning "For omelet", diced peppers and beat again.
Heat well the pan with vegetable oil and pour the beaten egg mass into the center of the hot pan with a thin stream. Gather foaming eggs with a spatula and spread them to the edge of the pan. Cook for 2 minutes over high heat, then for another 3-4 minutes over low heat under a lid.
