Pork "For Special Ocasion"
- 1 kg of pork loin
- Onion - 2 pcs
- AllSpiceWorld seasoning “Bujak Salt”;
- 2 tbsp lingonberry jam (or cherry jam)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Clove buds
Method of preparation
Rinse the loin, rub it with “Bujak salt” seasoning and add finely chopped onion.
Prepare the sauce by mixing jam, honey and lemon juice.
On pork, make diagonal cuts with a depth of about 3-4 mm.
Put the meat on a baking pan.
Cover with the sauce.
Insert the cloves in the middle of “diamonds”.
Put in the oven.
Roast at 180 degrees C for 45–55 minutes.
