Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1 (2-3 kg) 
  • Seasoning "For baking chicken" from Santa Verde - 1 tbsp 
  • Vegetable oil - 70ml 
  • Salt - to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Wash the chicken, dry with a paper towel. 
  2. Cut off the wing tips. 
  3. In a separate bowl, combine 70 ml of vegetable oil, Santa Verde "Chicken Baking" seasoning and salt to taste. Mix well. 
  4. Coat the chicken inside and out with the marinade. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least three hours. Better for the whole night. Bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees with the calculation of 1 kg - 1 hour. Periodically remove and pour the released juice - this will give a rosy crust. Enjoy your meal!
