  • Minced meat (beef + pork) - 1 kg,
  • ASW seasoning “For minced meat” - 1 tablespoon,
  • Onions - 2 pcs.,
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves,
  • Rice - 1 cup,
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.,
  • Sour cream - 500 g,
  • Mayonnaise - 100 g,
  • Rosso sauce (the recipe is in our group) or ketchup - 4-5 tbsp. Spoons
  • Salt

Method of preparation

To the minced pork and beef add minced onion, crushed garlic, “For minced meat” seasoning and salt.

Boil rice until half cooked.

Mix the minced meat with rice, add raw eggs and mix well with your hands.

Form small meatballs – “porcupines”.

Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with mayonnaise and Rosso sauce (or ketchup).

Grease the baking dish with oil and put the “porcupines” into it, pouring sauce over each layer of meatballs.

If you do not have enough sauce, then you can add a little water or broth.

Put the baking pan in the oven (temperature should be 180°C) for 1 hour.
