Roasted silver carp
- Silver carp - 1 pc (1.5-2.0 kg)
- Champignons - 300-400 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Red bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1-2 pcs
- Onions - 1-2pcs
- AllSpiceWorld (ASW) seasoning “For fish”
Method of preparation
Clear silver carp of scales, remove guts, rinse under running water.
Make transverse cuts on each side of the fish.
Salt and sprinkle with seasoning “For fish” inside and outside the fish, and also inside the cuts. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Finely chop the mushrooms, fry until cooked in vegetable oil.
Peel the carrots and onions, cut into cubes and fry in the same oil in which the mushrooms were fried.
Combine mushrooms, carrots, onions and mix.
Use one part of the minced meat to stuff the fish, and the second part to cover the fish directly on a baking pan.
Insert half rings of lemon and pepper into the cut on the fish.
Cover the baking pan with foil and put in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 30-40 minutes. Then remove the foil, insert slices of hard cheese into the cuts and send the fish back to oven for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve with potatoes, tomatoes, or any other suitable side dish.
